RETURNS, EXCHANGES, BACKORDERS, & CANCELLATIONS:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Order cancellations need to be initiated ASAP!  Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received quickly, within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you haven't been able to get in contact with us in a timely manner, you can refuse the shipment when it gets to you...however, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for shipping, freight, & handling that we suffered in shipping your order. There are many ways to contact us at buypumpswholesale.com, but you have to act fast in canceling an order because we give prompt service...telephone calls to our office or office recorders (on all the time) would be the best bet. Emails should be your last choice of methods in contacting us to cancel an order since timeliness is of the utmost importance. We have 6 employees and 5 recorders answering phones, only one person answering emails.

RETURNING / EXCHANGING REGULAR STOCK ITEMS:
Returns and exchanges are allowed on products normally stocked by our company with a 10% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the freight back to us. 

RETURNING SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS:
We will need to discuss (by each incident) the return of special ordered items. Special ordered items, if return is allowed, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge and the freight to return the product will be the responsibility of the customer. It is important that customers be absolutely sure they are ordering the right parts when it comes to special ordered product.

WHEN IT'S OUR FAULT:
If a return is necessary due to an error on out part, there will be no restocking fees and we will take care of ALL freights (both ways) arising out of our mistake.

BACKORDERS:
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for filling the order.
